6.75 (above average) | I'll have my unbiased opinion that this was indeed an interesting Anime. However, the action scenes were lacking, disputes (love triangles, romance, friendships between humans) were not resolved nor developed/explained properly, and lastly, the storyline had that 'mainstream' vibe spurring out of it. I personally only kept watching because I liked one character (Yuki-Onna / Tsurara). I wouldn't really recommend it, since I would prefer others not waste their time with this. But do so if you must.

If you're a true anime-fan / otaku, then you'd have at least heard of this. Say you watch the first episode,
and dislike the animation, the introduction, or say the character design, then you drop it. Don't. You'll
regret it. The whole concept of this anime is actually not generic. Other than the whole "only young girls can
become Mahou Shoujos" thing in every anime you see, it's good. They provide good explanations to make sure you
understand why they did something or why something happened. The reason you should have heard of this at least is
because a lot of people like this Anime. It's everywhere, considering how it's basically a new anime (As of
April 2011). You know why people like it? Because it's a serious, get-down-to-business plot. None of those 5 minute fan service scenes or those 10 minute stare-downs that take up half of each episode redundantly. I'm probably beating around the bush, but I personally recommend it. (keep in mind, imo, the character design with the faces was not at all top-notch. Nor the character eyes. But still worth it.) ALSO; People consider the whole series to have a "dark" or "evil" ring around it.

Meisters and Weapons. One can either transform into a weapon or wield the person who transformed into a weapon. If a
pair's soul wavelengths match, then they can work well with each other. Another original concept. From the looks of
this Anime, it resembles that of mainstream action, and it probably is now. I personally think this series was amazing,
apart from one thing, which would be a huge spoiler. Otherwise, I recommend it, because the battle scenes and storyline
are awesome.

8.75 (very good) | Some people may be confused between Railgun and Index. From what I hear, events take place in a mixed fashion between season one of Index, and Railgun. Then season two of Index is the sequel. Index has more of a story than Railgun does, less filler episodes, which I dislike. However, I, like many other people prefer a Railgun season 2 > Index season 2. Doesn't look that way to them, though. Still, Railgun is really good. The whole concept of Academy City (city it all takes place in) is amazing. Try it!

8.25 (good) | I personally prefered Railgun > Index, due to Index dragging the storyline all over the place. It felt like they just dragged all kinds of things and put it together, not giving their all into how to connect things. However, it was still good. Railgun just appealed to me more. From what I hear, you're supposed to watch Index Season 1, Railgun, then Index Season 2. But I did so with Railgun first, so I suppose it's fine. Lastly, Railgun is more focused on Misaka and Academy City, while Index focuses on Touma and the world of Science and Religion. JUST WATCH IT. YOU'LL SEE.

9.50 (excellent) | For those who didn't realize it, Umineko and Higurashi both were produced by the same studio. They're both insane when it comes to story. Confusing, yes. Some people didn't like Umineko as much, I did. I'd say go for it. Not much to say without spoiling the series. Just make sure you pay attention to details.

6.75 (above average) | The rating I'd give is somewhere below 7. Why? Because the majority of this Anime was all about intimacy (censoring myself). Honestly speaking, I was interested in this because incest was a theme of it, but regardless, it was lacking. I mainly would like to see an actual relationship develop properly (preferably between the siblings), rather than 3-4 episodes be one arc, then 3-4 another, etc. I'm probably giving an ignorant opinion (as I often do), it's due to my biased self. I suppose this Anime was good in it's own way.

7.75 (good) | I'm not sure exactly how I'd rate this, but somewhere between 7 and 8. I liked the animation and style, but the thing is, it was a bit 'lazy.' Idk if this is a 'spoiler' but the action scenes were a bit dull, and/or lacking, while the ending calls for a second season. Although, there won't be a second season if it isn't popular, now will there? I suppose I'd recommend this Anime, because it is interesting after all. I'd just let that person know what to expect and what not to expect, I guess.
