10.00 (excellent) I may have a biased opinion on this series (as you can assume by seeing how I give it a 10/10 here and in my review), but this Anime is truely amazing. It has no action (genre-wise), nor supernatural powers (action-wise), but it's the best romance Anime I've seen thusfar. Those that compete with this one would be Air or Kanon, which are both from Key

10.00 (excellent) Like I said in my comment on Code Geass, the main character here (Light) is often compared to that of Code Geass (Lelouch). Many people know these two Animes solely due to it being dubbed and released in America (Many know them from Adult Swim), which is why they're compared here and there. Often dubs are badly done, but these two I can work with. If you watch Death Note, do so for Code Geass, vice versa. No question about it. No matter your preference, you'll enjoy both of them.

9.75 (excellent) Off the bat, first episode already pulls you into the Anime. It also has an interesting concept circling itself. Curious? Watch it, you'll get what I mean. You know what feeling where something feels longer than it really is, 'cause its boring? Well, in my opinion, each episode I watched felt longer than 21 minutes, HOWEVER, it was definitely NOT boring. There were no filler episodes with completely redundant contents/information. I personally thought that was one of its strong points, and it also informs you of a lot you don't know about Manga production. Recommended!

9.50 (excellent) For those who didn't realize it, Umineko and Higurashi both were produced by the same studio. They're both insane when it comes to story. Confusing, yes. Some people didn't like Umineko as much, I did. I'd say go for it. Not much to say without spoiling the series. Just make sure you pay attention to details.

9.50 (excellent) The whole Anime in general is Action, but the story makes up more than half of it. [SPOILER] Ending is very sad. I do recommend this one, still. I feel as though Action Anime is something hard to resist. And for those who do resist, this one has lots of story along with it. You can also read the Light Novel for it before you start because the LN takes place before Otonashi (in this series) comes.

9.50 (excellent) I give this Anime a 9.5/10 instead of 9.75 or 10 solely because of all the 'panty-shots' they had in every episode. If you accumulate all them together, it'll be probably 30 minutes worth, which is time they could have used for more zombie-killing action. However, the Anime is well worth watching. SPOILER: Ending sucks. Cliffhanger.

9.00 (very good) Meisters and Weapons. One can either transform into a weapon or wield the person who transformed into a weapon. If a pair's soul wavelengths match, then they can work well with each other. Another original concept. From the looks of this Anime, it resembles that of mainstream action, and it probably is now. I personally think this series was amazing, apart from one thing, which would be a huge spoiler. Otherwise, I recommend it, because the battle scenes and storyline are awesome.

[SPOILER]
The VERY ending, how the series ends on the LAST episode, is terrible. The last battle scene consisted of all 7 of the main characters, and the super-villain character, where the battle lasts for several episodes.

8.75 (very good) Some people may be confused between Railgun and Index. From what I hear, events take place in a mixed fashion between season one of Index, and Railgun. Then season two of Index is the sequel. Index has more of a story than Railgun does, less filler episodes, which I dislike. However, I, like many other people prefer a Railgun season 2 > Index season 2. Doesn't look that way to them, though. Still, Railgun is really good. The whole concept of Academy City (city it all takes place in) is amazing. Try it!

8.50 (very good) This is a great Anime, considering the vintage date, airing dates, etc. It's not a recent Anime, yet the animation style was clearly not 'lazy' nor lacking. I will say it was comprised of unrelated things. I felt like most of the events were 'bs-ed,' to fill up showtime. However, by the end of the 6 episode-series, I wanted more. I would definitely recommend it. Also; instead of using plain old melodies and whatnot as bgm, it had actual songs with lyrics. Fit with it all, oddly enough. Nonetheless, it was a great anime. I'm all late. Aha.

To Aru Majutsu no Index

8.25 (good) I personally prefered Railgun > Index, due to Index dragging the storyline all over the place. It felt like they just dragged all kinds of things and put it together, not giving their all into how to connect things. However, it was still good. Railgun just appealed to me more. From what I hear, you're supposed to watch Index Season 1, Railgun, then Index Season 2. But I did so with Railgun first, so I suppose it's fine. Lastly, Railgun is more focused on Misaka and Academy City, while Index focuses on Touma and the world of Science and Religion. JUST WATCH IT. YOU'LL SEE.

8.00 (good) Although the main character would be seen as a 'wh---,' aren't most Anime(s)' about a guy who wants to get with girls? It's just switching the roles, so this Anime is different from others. I enjoyed it. I do recommend it, however, it has several ecchi scenes, and a lot of 'dark' comedy. Basically, it's not for children.

8.00 (good) The overall idea of this Anime, which is basically the supernatural, and main protagonist being a Zombie, is neat. Generally when we hear "zombie" we think "brain eating, flesh craving, brainless people back from the dead," however, that's not the case here. Also; the action is a bit lacking on here, as well. I won't say it's TOO bad. [SPOILER] "Final battle" isn't much a "battle." I'll say give it a try! It was an amazing Anime, indeed. However, when watching, keep in mind that the last episode (12) is basically a filler / unimportant towards the story; it's a swimsuit / fan service episode, with singing.

8.00 (good) I absolutely hate kids. Almost in all shapes or forms. However, this Anime was promising. From the first episode already, I enjoyed it plenty. I'll have to say, I didn't have the thought "These kids are annoying... I can't take it, I'm dropping it" cross my mind. It really was that good. I recommend it! ESPECIALLY if you like kids.

8.00 (good) If you're a true anime-fan / otaku, then you'd have at least heard of this. Say you watch the first episode, and dislike the animation, the introduction, or say the character design, then you drop it. Don't. You'll regret it. The whole concept of this anime is actually not generic. Other than the whole "only young girls can become Mahou Shoujos" thing in every anime you see, it's good. They provide good explanations to make sure you understand why they did something or why something happened. The reason you should have heard of this at least is because a lot of people like this Anime. It's everywhere, considering how it's basically a new anime (As of April 2011).
You know why people like it? Because it's a serious, get-down-to-business plot. None of those 5 minute fan service scenes or those 10 minute stare-downs that take up half of each episode redundantly. I'm probably beating around the bush, but I personally recommend it. (keep in mind, imo, the character design with the faces was not at all top-notch. Nor the character eyes. But still worth it.)

ALSO; People consider the whole series to have a "dark" or "evil" ring around it.
